Shipping & Returns Policy

1. We offer worldwide shipping.
2. Domestic deliveries are available within Israel and the USA, while international delivery is provided for all other countries.
3. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 10 days to the USA and Israel, and within 30 days to other countries.
4. Shipping fees are as follows:
- International orders: $20
- Domestic orders in Israel and the USA: $10
5. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- USA and Israel: 10 business days
- Other countries: 30 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and unforeseen circumstances.
6. Customers will receive a tracking link with their order confirmation email. They can use this link to track their shipment on our website.
7. In case of an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact the customer to arrange an alternative delivery location. If delivery is not possible, we will cancel the order and provide a refund.
8. If a delivery is not received within the specified timeframe, customers should contact our customer support. We will investigate the issue and arrange for the order to be resent if necessary.
Returns and Refunds:
1. We accept returns within 30 days of receipt for undamaged products.
